- Plagiarism involves taking someone else’s original ideas, processes, results, or words without properly giving credit to the source. It’s not allowed to copy material directly from other articles.
- Self-plagiarism happens when an author reuses significant parts of their own previously published work without proper citation. This could mean publishing the same paper in different journals or updating an old paper with some new data but not citing it correctly. Quillcraft checks all submissions for plagiarism using Turnitin/ithenticate software. If a manuscript is found to be plagiarized at the early review stage, it is immediately rejected and will not be published in the journal.

Publishing in a peer-reviewed journal is crucial for building a reliable and esteemed network of knowledge. It mirrors the quality of the author’s work and the backing institutions. Peer-reviewed articles are foundational to the scientific method, highlighting the importance of establishing agreed-upon ethical standards for conduct.
- Please submit your paper in .doc or .docx format, adhering to the specific requirements outlined on the journal or conference website. We use sophisticated plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate to review all submissions for publication. Any paper discovered to be plagiarized at the initial review phase will be immediately rejected and will not be eligible for publication in the journal.
- Avoid submitting plagiarized work. Papers that are plagiarized will not be accepted for publication in either the journal or at the conference. If a paper is rejected due to plagiarism from either a journal or conference, no refund will be issued, and appropriate actions will be taken.
- We kindly ask authors to submit their final formatted papers along with proof of payment as quickly as possible, ideally within 7 days, to speed up the pre-publication steps. If you need more time, please let us know immediately.
- After the final submission or publication, we cannot accept any changes or modifications to the paper. Ensure you submit your paper using the journal’s template or format to prevent any errors. The similarity index should be kept minimal.
- Authors or conference attendees are responsible for all banking fees.
- All updates, notifications, or communications will be conducted via email or through our website.
- Papers will only be considered for publication in the journal or conference after the payment has been processed.
- Once payment is made, the copyright of your article will be transferred to and held by the respective journal or conference as organized by Quillcraft. If your paper is accepted, please promptly inform us about the Article Processing Charge (APC) or the Conference registration fees.
- Our assistance is limited to getting your papers published in journals or conferences. We do not handle review, commentary, corrections, indexing, withdrawals, or any other modifications to papers.
- Quillcraft’s responsibility extends to ensuring your paper is available online or published in the journal, as confirmed by the authors. However, Quillcraft cannot be held accountable if your paper ends up in fake, clone, or predatory journals. It is crucial to carefully verify the publication link before confirming the publication of your research papers.
- After making the payment, please send us proof of payment along with your camera-ready paper by replying to the acceptance email.
- Once a paper is submitted and either paid for or accepted, it cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
- By utilizing our service, you are indicating your agreement with this policy. If you do not agree with our policy, we ask that you refrain from using our service. Your continued use of the service following any changes to this policy will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
