Conference Registration

Once your paper is accepted, The registration process begins.

At least one author for every accepted paper must be registered for the conference for that paper inorder to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation. Each registration covers a maximum of one article.

Registration Guidelines

✓ Registered members are asked to provide information about their payments immediately.
✓ After completion of registration, every participant is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us immediately via email.
✓ Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the final submission date.
✓ One author/co-author will be allowed per Registration.
✓ Please get in touch with the program manager as soon as possible in case of registration beyond the deadlines.
✓ After the Payment, fill out the Registration Form immediately.
✓ After completion of the registration fee process, participants are required to send the final camera-ready paper with payment proof via email.
✓ For group discounts, contact the Program Manager.
✓ For further queries regarding the accommodation, feel free to contact the Program Manager.
✓ The participants MUST bear all banking charges.
✓ Participants please mention the Remitter's (Participant/Author) name, Paper-ID and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) clearly in the Funds Transfer Application (Registration forms)
✓ Registration fees do not include accommodation, journal publication and travel.

2. I am a member of Labtech Innovations, Whether I have a discount. How can I register?

Yes, the members of Labtech Innovations will have a discount. You will receive an invoice in your email with the special discounted registration fee. Please follow the registration instructions mentioned in the mail

3. How do I register?

You can register online on our secure site. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Program Manager for details.

4. Is there an additional discount for groups of 5 or more?

Yes, there is a discount for groups of 5 or more from the same instructors; please get in touch with the Program Manager for details.

5. I am registered but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

You may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge, but we do not refund registrations. That is clearly stated on the payment page of the registration process and

confirmation message. If transferring, please forward the information to the Program Manager.

6. Is there any discount if I submit 2 research papers?

Yes, there will be a discount if you submit 2 papers. Contact the Program Manager for details.

7. What is included in the registration fee?

Registration includes Lunch on the day of the conference, access to all sessions, break beverages/snacks, Conference Proceedings, access to speaker presentations and a conference kit with certificates.

8. Can you provide me with a payment receipt with taxes?

9.Can you mention the university’s name on the receipt, as they will fund the conference?

10. How do I register for the conference?

Visit our registration page, choose your package, and follow the simple steps to complete the registration process.

11. Can I modify my submitted paper after the final submission date?

Unfortunately, no modifications can be accepted after the final submission date.

12. Is it possible to have more than one author per registration?

No, only one author or co-author is allowed per registration.

13. What should I do if I miss the registration deadline?

Contact the coordinator as soon as possible for assistance with late registrations.

14. How can I obtain the conference deliverables?

After payment, download the Registration Form, fill it, and send it to submit@labtechinnovations.com

15. What is the conference cancellation policy?

Refunds are applicable based on the time frame: 60% refundable 60 days before, 40% refundable 30-60 days before, and no refunds one month prior to the conference.

16. Can I transfer my registration to someone else or another event?

Yes, registrations are transferable to friends or colleagues, and you can switch to another event in our organization.
